"Books Arrived in Perfect Shape"
My books showed up safe and sound, with no bent corners or damage at all. i really appreciate when a seller takes the time to pack things properly—it feels like the right way to treat customers and the items they paid for. Happy with the whole experience

"Good value for family photos"
I’ve ordered a few books from Chatbooks now, i think the price is fair. I mean, maybe you could find something cheaper somewhere else, but the quality has been nice and it saves me a ton of time, which counts for a lot. For family photos, it feels like a good value to me.

I was just trying to put together a quick photo book, but the whole ordering process felt oddly clunky. Am I missing something here? My cart changed on me twice, so I had to go back and recheck the photos all over again. Then checkout froze once, which was frustrating. I did eventually get the order placed, but it took way more patience than I expected.

"Nice gift, but photos were a little dark"
I got this for my mom as a gift, and she did like it, so that part was nice. Not sure if it was the photos I used or the way it printed, but they came out a bit darker than I expected. It’s still a really sweet idea overall, I just wish the quality had been a little more consistent.

"Such a relief to have flexibility"

I was genuinely surprised by how well the photos turned out. A few of them were older phone pictures, so I wasn’t expecting much, but they printed clear and the colors looked nice. Obviously it’s not going to look like a professional studio album, but for the price and the quality, I think it’s a really good value. The book itself feels nice too, which made the whole thing feel more special

I put together a photo book on my lunch break, and it was sorta easier than I expected. The uploads were quick, I could move pictures around without getting frustrated, and ordering it was totally hassle-free.

I linked my Instagram and, it was way easier than I expected. I don’t have much patience for fiddly setup stuff, so I was relieved that my photos were just there and I could put the book together really fast. It’s nice to finally have all those phone memories printed instead of just sitting on my feed.

"Super easy and clean-looking"
I really liked how simple the Chatbooks templates were. I’m not exactly a design person (like, at all), but the layouts made my photos look really clean without me having to fuss with everything. The pages came together quickly and didn’t feel too busy or overdone. Just easy, nice-looking, and kind of effortless. I’ll definitely use it again for family pictures

"A Little Disappointed, But They Handled It"
I had an issue with one of the books, which was disappointing because I was looking forward to it. That said, they offered a reprint fairly quickly, and there was also a refund option if I wanted it. Not the perfect experience, but I do appreciate how they handled it overall.

"Way More Durable Than I Expected"
Not gonna lie, I’ve ordered a few chatbooks and they’ve held up way better than I thought they would. My kids are always flipping through them, and definitely not gently, but the pages still look great. The covers have survived being tossed in backpacks and left around on the coffee table too. So far, no loose pages or weird bending. I’m really happy with how durable they’ve been.

I usually roll my eyes at apps that say things like “fully customizable experience,” because that stuff always sounds like marketing fluff. But this actually was easy to set up in a way that felt like mine. There are a lot of options, but it didn’t feel overwhelming or like I had to decode a manual.

"Cute book, but the print could be better"
My book showed up right on time, which was great. It’s still really cute to have, but the print quality was kind of just okay. Some of the photos came out darker than they looked on my phone, and a couple were a little blurry. I like it overall, but for the price, I expected it to be a bit better.
